Quality control is non existent. Our FIRST Monogram double wall oven had so many things wrong with it (upon initial installation), that the company agreed to replace it. Now, the replacement oven has a major problem with the glass within the oven doors and I have a service call scheduled. Hope I don™€™t need a third oven!

Oven cooks great, however, we just installed the oven and we already have to have a repairman because the oven lights are not working properly. Top oven light won™€™t turn on and bottom oven light won™€™t turn off. Disappointing that an oven this expensive doesn™€™t work properly from the start!

Great oven for large meals and baking

The French door design is fantastic for loading and unloading large and heavy items. The oven is extremely quiet and preheats rather quickly The precision cooking is limited but what options it does offer cook to perfection. Baking in the oven is 2nd to none. Extremely accurate heat throughout the entire oven cavity. The negatives are the rack are extremely difficult to seat and takes multiple attempts to secure them in the back. The oven timer is so soft it cannot be heard from on the other side of the kitchen. Overall it is a joy to use and the feedback to my cell phone is significantly improved from the 1st generation.

As someone a bit height-challenged (5'1"), retrieving items from the top oven was possible but not always easy, especially with larger or heavier items. The French doors on this oven have made it much safer and much easier for me. I also found that the menu items, such as setting cooking temperatures, choosing cooking modes, setting the clock, and using the timer, can be handled quite easily. The unit is very user-friendly and makes a nice-looking addition to my kitchen; I couldn't be happier with my choice.

This is what appears to be a very well-constructed appliance. The heat is uniform in the cavity which is what you want. It is nice to have the 'smart function' with Smart-hq but the functions are limited (set temp, turn on / off light etc.) We had read in some promotional material you could open doors with google/alexa but that is not the case. The shelfs are reasonably difficult to remove and reset but this does not happen fequently for us.

The few times that we™€™ve used the oven have been great. There aren't any good videos out there on using the oven and the manual that comes with the unit is pitiful. However the trial and error method seems to be working. I™€™m not sure the Proofing setting is of much use as I™€™ve only used that once. The jury is out on that. I had trouble connecting it to Wi-Fi and called GE support. They were of no use and no knowledge of the workings of any electrical appliance. The country they were in probably doesn't even have electricity

There are almost too many great features to list. Easy to operate, easy to use and the French doors are a game-changer. No more leaning and heavy lifting. As a regular bread baker, the proofing feature is also greatly appreciated. It does it all except for one small feature. My GE Profile Washer Dryer Combo tells me the kilowatt hours used but the ovens do not. I hope to see this added to the ovens.

We have had our ovens for a month. We are very happy with both the air fryer & convection features. Both have worked extremely well. We just convection roasted our 20 lb turkey & it cooked in 3 1/2 hours & was moist & delicious. The probe feature is an added bonus. We are also happy with the top oven™€™s double doors as it makes it much easier to set pots in the oven & to take them out. Lastly, the electronic control touch display was easy to understand & use.

I had my wall ovens installed and used them right away. They bake everything so evenly. Chicken is tender and juicy. My fries in the Monogram are evenly browned from end to end. I was satisfied with my old ovens, but my husband insisted on changing them. Boy, am I glad he did. They are wonderful! The programming is easy to understand. I love the notes that it plays when the oven is to temp, or when the set timer is complete. No more annoying loud, harsh single tone beep. Now I hear musical notes.

I absolutely love this oven! I'm shorter, and with the French doors it makes it easier for me to reach into the oven. I'm so glad we got it.
