It looks great. Baking seems good. I would prefer unpainted stainless steel in the interiors. I can™™t get the extension rack back in and I can™™t program it. Wish there were better instructions or an easier way to contact help so I could use all the features and maybe give more stars.

Very disappointed that the 27" does not incorporate 3 features that the similar 30" model does, specifically: 1) does not have changeable wallpaper background. Different wallpaper backgrounds are shown on the screen but are not selectable or functional. 2) does not have dehydration cycle; although oven was delivered with the oven door spacer for the dehydration cycle. 3) does not show weather. Software for the 27" oven indicates that it is up to date, despite not having the above 3 functions. Please provide a software update so that we may make full use of the oven's capabilities.

Definitely designed by someone who doesn't cook/bake. Temperature options are set, not adjustable. If you want to cook at 335 degrees - nope. Options are 325 or 350. Timer is finicky. Positioned right next to off button. If you have a fat finger you may have turned off the oven without knowing and the temp. drops fast. Sometimes I have to set the timer twice for it to take hold. I had to buy this double oven because it was the only one available for my space. Frustrating appliance Not worth the price I paid.

I am nearly entirely satisfied with my double wall oven from Monogram. My only disappointment is that the lower oven does not have convection cooking. I love the display, that when hooked up to the internet, shows seasonal images. I also love being notified about the status of my cooking on my Apple watch!

We are loving our new oven. The only minor gripes might be you can't use the upper and lower oven light independently, the loudest sound setting (preheat, done, etc) is still kind of quiet. And for the price, would have liked to see two roller racks, but all in all, very happy with the oven!

Arrived defective - both oven doors have the same dent. After a few weeks it started to glitch - no access to the panel, timer not able to turn off ( had to cut power), etc. The steam clean feature doesn™™t warm enough to warm the water! it looks great but I™™m questioning my purchase.

I really like the features that came with the oven, especially the slide out rack. Also, it's really easy to use the app that controls it from my phone, and it's already saved me once when I forgot to preheat it. The only down side I've experienced is the slow preheat time, which is about twice as long as my old oven. However, the positives definitely win.

After owning my previous convection double ovens for 26 years, I had mixed feelings about replacing them. My old ovens could not be repaired and due to cabinet size restrictions, we had a choice of three different replacement brands. We thought going with the top-of-the-line GE would be a safe bet. This oven is cheapened in the most ridiculous ways. * A single timer for a double oven...and one that you cannot set for anything other than whole minutes? * You want to turn the light on to see in the oven? One switch for both ovens. Both ovens illuminate when turned on. How much would that have cost GE to add a second light switch and a second timer? * Preheating time is ridiculously long. * The racks are ridiculous in their function. They do not even begin to move smoothly. The solution is to use cooking oil on them? Really? They shimmy and shake all the way in and all the way out with a very unpleasant screech. The porcelain covering on the racks is already scratched and scraped. The full extension rack is next to impossible to move between supports. It does not fit easily or smoothly. The installer even had trouble getting it correct, then suggested I leave it in one position. I should have listened to my gut when I noticed this issue while looking at this oven in the store. We looked at the Cafe line as well. The racks in that oven were a deal breaker, even worse. * The new oven smell is still there after a dozen uses. * Convection Cooking: I am a very experienced user of convection cooking. The cooking system in the top oven is supposed to be real convection. GE labels it "European Convection". The primary benefit of cooking with convection is speed, multi-rack simultaneous baking and better cooking results. In the top oven, a simple chocolate chip cookie recipe calling for 12 minutes cooking time actually required 8 extra minutes the first time and 7 extra minutes the second time. Tater tots required an extra 11 minutes beyond the package instructions. Hardly faster or efficient. The lower oven is labeled "American" Convection which is really not convection at all. There is a fan just blowing air, not what real convection means. This oven is in essence a standard oven. But, the consumer pays extra because the second oven is labeled "convection". Bottom Line: We didn't buy an entry level oven system yet this is what it feels like I now own. I would expect these types of issues with an entry level product. This is GE's top of the line product. I'm afraid of the issues I have yet to discover being that it is still new. I would never recommend this product. You are better than this GE.

Too many issues with Allsouth sales to detail here, but awful. Also, discussed dimensions of old oven from manufacture specs sheet and was told that new one would fit, and that they would make it fit. It didn't fit and they said I have to have the cabinet work done myself. I did, and when they returned install went well. Oven seems great but just installed yesterday.

I purchased the 27™ double oven about a year ago and love the features it offers. A few months ago an update included an air fry option that wasn™™t an option when purchased, but I can™™t tell the difference between the air fryer and the convection oven feature. Additional, the clock always, always moves from central to eastern time when I have it connected to WiFi. The most recent update included an option for a weather display, but even after entering my zip code or coordinates it continues to display weather that must be somewhere on the eastern side of the country. Currently, it reads that the temp is 21°, but in reality it™™s 68°. I actually had it serviced within the first couple weeks of receiving it and the panel was replaced, but the problem was not resolved. I™™m still hoping an upcoming update will resolve this issue. Still love my oven though!

The oven works great. It was exactly what we wanted and its smart which makes it a value add if/when we decide to sell our home. I think that the only negative I'd have to say on this one would be the selection of Styrofoam that it was packed with our oven smelt of burning Styrofoam for the first couple of uses even though we cleaned it out and let it sit open for a couple days.
