The drawers for the freezer not the best the lights are blocked when you open the drawer. Maybe placing lights in a better location would fix that so you can actually see whats inside the drawer.

The worst ice maker I have ever had

I can™€™t believe I paid 10k for a refrigerator that has such a flawed ice maker. The ice maker overfills before it stops making ice and when you open the drawer it falls behind it not letting the drawer close. So every time I get ice I have to use tools and get my kid™€™s small hands behind the drawer to remove the ice. Frustrating to say the least

Ice Makers are a big problem

The refrigerator is great. The ice maker is terrible! I have two units, installed side by side. Both ice makers make so much ice that the bins over-fill and make it close to impossible to open the ice/freezer drawer. When you do finally get the drawers open, the overflowing ice falls out of the bins and behind the drawers. Then the drawers won't close... So you need to get a long-handled spoon or spatula to fish out all the extra cubes from behind the drawers to be able to close them. This is BOTH ice makers. Serious Design flaw.

I love the smoked glass which gives a great look while "hiding" the contents. I decided to use the lower drawer for chilled food rather than a freezer increasing my storage of fresh foods. I needed to remove a shelf for taller items.

Great features, but...

We chose this unit for function & flexibility: we love the glass front refrigeration, icemaker drawer, & large bottom drawer that can be set for refrigeration, wine chilling, or freezer. It fits our 30" wide requirement & looks great with our custom panels. The "but" is that our first unit came with an icemaker that would not shut off when full; Monogram finally replaced it after one year of failing to fix the problem on site. The new icemaker performs better than the old, but occasionally has the same problem of sweeping ice behind the drawer when opened, forcing us to laboriously fish out the cubes from the back with very little clearance.

Still can't get it to make ice. Read manual and have also reached out to Best Buy service over and over again with no help or response. Plus my order was placed in July 2021 and still I do not have the stainless steel front panels.
