Fantastic ovens and an excellent stovetop function

I have only had this range for a few weeks but I am in love with it. The burners are awesome - both powerful and highly regulatable to different fire levels. The evens cook AMAZINGLY well! I bake a lot and was concerned seeing how my experience baking in friend's Cafe was catastrophically bad! But my new Monogram did not disappoint. I particularly love the fact that you can use it via the phone, it's so convenient. All in all - love it. My one annoyance with GE Monogram is that they don't offer this model with 8 burners. I would much rather have the versatility of 8 burners than the stupid griddle. I have perfectly good pans I can use, and this fad of including griddle instead of 2 burners is super annoying. I hope in the future GE Monogram will start offering options without a gridle.

I have had the range for a few months now and so far I am very happy. The ovens both seem to bake evenly and at the right temperature, which had been a problem with my last oven which had just worn out. I like all of the burner choices and I find the use of the simmer burners great. I have not tried to melt chocolate over one yet. My only wish, not really a complaint, is that I would have liked a choice for the grill placement. The far right for me is not great since that is where my wall faucet is attached. I don™€™t want to set pots on the griddle cover since they will likely scratch it. The oven is gorgeous, and I receive compliments on its appearance. I love that the knobs light up when in use. It is a good reminder if you forget and leave a burner on.

I love it. The griddle is awesome! The burners and ovens all work as expected. I haven™€™t had time to test all the functions yet but everything I™€™ve cooked so far has come out great. There are so many options and such levels of detailed control. It™€™s inspired me to be more adventurous with my cooking just to try out some of the options. And the color changing lighting is just plain fun!

Great power but few minor issues

The range is nice and looks great. After we clean the stove top areas the pilot seems to fail to ignite at least in one of the burners. Therefore, we are hesitant to thoroughly clean that burner. The app isn't very user friendly and has limited functionality. Also, the toggle buttons on the range are not user friendly as well. However, the range is very powerful and food cooks evenly and food doesn't burn easily.

Great looks, sounds and lighting. The required hood is WAY to large and a major head-injury hazard. The brass plates around then burners look corroded and stained after minimal usage. The griddle and traps are a huge pain Ron lean and not worth using. The cast iron grates are almost impossible to clean, and the stainless steel surfaces are difficult to clean of grease and food splatter.

This range is beautiful and user friendly, with tons of power and features. Cooks way faster and more evenly than electric. Easy to clean. Impressive looking. Was not able to sync with my phone, unlike my other Monogram appliances. Temperature settings on griddle and oven seem a bit low.

My 48™€ model#ZGPNDT1SS SERIAL# MT903903P My gas range came with the oven defected because that the flame wouldn™€™t come out only half of the flame this you it damage my backsplash wall and the front of the oven! Columns use it because the gas smell was to strong! Contact my store to replace the range and replace my brand new backsplash they told me to contact Ge because it™€™s under warranty! Contact Ge first of all contact Ge is a mission impossible you can spans days trato g to contact them and when you finally get to talk to someone they are the worst costumer service I have talk to!! I had gas smell in my house I couldn™€™t cook at all because the smell was too strong!! She they give me an appoint like 2 weeks later and then they cancel my appointment! They the worst, unprofessional! Because when you spend money on a high end appliance!! You should have support, costumer service to help you and guide to solve the Applience problem! I am glad I got my refrigerator from subzero!! Unfortunately I had to wait to long for the range and I decide to have it by Christmas and it was a mistake!! Unfortunately I got washer and dryer Ge, ice maker Ge each I have part issue right now I called ge part service they sent the wrong filter and I have dish washer ge too!! I totally regret!

Absolutely love the range and its features. My favorite feature is the griddle, which I use almost daily for breakfast sandwiches for the family. All burners can simmer for making any type of sauce and the burners light immediately without issue. I have used the proof function in both large and small oven for making sourdough bread. All features have been flawless!

48™€ All Gas Monogram Pro Range

I™€™ve been both a Wolf and Thermador owner in my previous two homes. My Wolf product was nothing short of fantastic. No serious bells and whistles, but a true quality work horse. My Thermador pro range was junk. In 5 years it was worked on more than a Chrysler product from the ™€˜80™€™s. Fast forward to this purchase. The Wolf I wanted would™€™ve been at least 8 weeks to get, so I walked around the showroom. The features of the Monogram product made me look hard at it. Add features to the fact that Monogram could deliver in 2 weeks (before my contractor was ready), and I jumped. Important to mention: When the range and range hood were delivered the range was missing the black iron rings for the two 23000 BTU burners, and the griddle cover was dented. The griddle cover was foam wrapped, then placed in bubble wrap, all protecting the dent. Not sure how that got thru QC, but it did. My salesperson from Tasco got me sorted in no time, but GE needs to work on the small details. I™€™ve been using the range for a week now, too short for an objective review on performance, but I™€™m impressed so far.

The current issue is a loud, high pitched humming noise - this apparently is due to the main circuit board. When this was diagnosed in early January...the parts were of course on back order, but came in and were installed on 2/1/23. I was unfortunately at the office and was not there when the technicians installed the new components. When I did get home, to my surprise, the humming noise was louder and they managed to get grease or something all over the range which in some areas not coming out. I actually spoke to the technician today (2/3/23) and he informed me the humming noise is something Monogram is aware of and there is nothing which can be done. Please NOTE: outside of the above, the range performance is mediocre at best! If you love to cook, please AVOID this. I'm still in denial as to how much this has let me down... Again, a lot of tried and true options out there....

I was very resistant to purchasing a GE. I wanted a Viking or Wolf. We got to the showroom and my husband asked what has the best quality, performance and service. The salesperson said ™€œthe GE Monogram without question.™€ As we were driving home I told my husband I had buyer™€™s remorse. He convinced me to try it out first. We™€™ve now had it for a month and I am in love with my stovetop. I™€™d stopped cooking with our previous Decor. We kept getting error messages and the oven wouldn™€™t maintain the heat. My Monogram makes cooking fun. I™€™ve already had two dinner parties. It™€™s literally and figuratively reignited my spark for cooking.

We love this range! It is beautiful and cooks like a dream. I love that it connects to the SmartHQ app. The design is simple but beautiful. The griddle is quickly becoming a family favorite for just about everything! Cons: It™€™s tough to clean (but what range isn™€™t?) and the oven seems to run a tad hot (recommended cook times seem too long) but we have figured out how to compensate.

This is a very attractive looking appliance. It is modern and sleek. Its functionality is also great. Ideally though, I would like to have two additional burners instead of the griddle. Or at least a griddle that can be removed to clean. It holds temperature well and nothing gets hot on the outside when using oven (which is a problem with cheaper brands). The warming lights are a plus. With a little one, I use that more than I thought. I can still have a hot meal too. I do wish that the lights in the hood were LED so I could leave them on more often. Currently, they do get hot so I turn them off when finished cooking. The chime tones are pleasant and the Wi-Fi feature is nice for preheating the oven on the go but the app isn™€™t reliable. It kind of glitches and I often have to close the app and restart it.

Great range but oven light was broke

We are avid cooker and use our range daily. It has been amazing for cooking and is a piece of art in the kitchen when not in use. That being said, we waited 8 months for the oven and after about 1 month the oven light started to malfunction. We have been waiting 2 months for the replacement part due to supply chain issues.
