Can't use manual controls

So far I have had the unit for 2 days and since downloading the app and setting up the remote access I have been unable to use the manual controls for the oven. I have tried turning off the remote access, turning off the Bluetooth, telling the unit to forget the wifi and turning off the power to the stove as well as disconnecting it from the app all together. I have went through all these steps at least 3 times. Then today the app went down so I couldn't use my oven at all for almost an hour. The AI help was not helpful at all. I will call the helpline on Monday but so far I am really frustrated with the unit so far.

We purchased our range on 12 Dec 2025, had it installed on 23 Dec 2025. My wife started using it for holidays and everything seem okay. Well the oven than, started to make a clicking sound. We talked to Stacie at Reece and she gave us the number for the warranty company. I made an appointment for the 9th of Jan 2026, which was than cancelled until the 19th of Jan 2026. So until my range gets checked out, I will not be able to give you a better review of our Monogram Range.

Love my new Monogram Duel fuel stove. First of all she is beautiful. I love the lighting, the notifications and the WiFi connection. I haven™™t used all of the cooking modes yet but the ones I have are wonderful. The gas burners are so efficient and lover the individual removable grates for cleaning. I also have the Monogram hood vent which is incredible. The exhaust fan is the best I™™ve ever had and the lighting amazing. Still need to get Chef connect going but I™™ll get there.

The stove is beautiful and I™™m very pleased with how it looks and works. However, I did run into an issue with customer service. I noticed a small dent on the side of the stove right before installation, and since Thanksgiving is next week, I had to accept it as-is. It™™s been difficult to get in touch with customer service to report the damage, and the dent on the bottom side still bothers me. Other than that, I™™m happy with the stove overall. I am trying to attach pictures and is not letting me :(

The range functions as expected. The integration of the app for the oven is helpful and I like the fact that the knobs light up to indicate which ones are turned on. The gaps in the "gold" double burners that allow food and overflow in are painful for keeping clean and having some sort of a cover to protect those areas when not in use would be incredibly helpful. For the price, it should also have a way to easily cover the gap between the range and the wall due to the fact that the gas line keeps it from being flush against the wall. I can find them for 30" ranges, but not 36" ranges.

The look is fantastic. We like the reversible grate for Wok cooking. Also really like the sliding oven racks, along with the soft close door. It has an impressive high end look and the accent lighting is great. I may not have realized the app when ordering this, but that is a nice feature. The biggest upgrade from our prior monogram is the fact that if you accidentally leave a burner on simmer, as I have done dozens of times, there's a light showing that the burner is on. As this is a semi professional oven, I'm pleased with the fact that this oven goes a little over 500 degrees, unlike most ovens. Also, I have a feeling i'm going to use the various simmer options as I'm excited to try to make some sauces that need to simmer, or alternatively to keep items warm but not bubbling. My only mistake is not realizing the oven sticks out a little more than the prior monogram, but overall I'm in love with this oven and excited to do a LOT of baking this fall.

I have my monogram 36 inch range for a little more than one year I do enjoy cooking and oven bakes beautiful . The major down side is that the beautiful brass got discolored right away I tried cleaning with vinegar as per instructions does not work for me. I am frustrated the way it looks no matter how much I clean it never looks really clean. I did purchase new gold plates at least that it should look a little bit pretty when I have company . In general the black grates are impossible .and so are all the cooking parts extremely discolored from regular use simply looks horrible. very disappointing for such an expensive range actually I purchased it because of its beauty now I am grieving.

We've owned this range for almost a year and I love it. I bake alot and love the size of the oven, temperature throughout the oven is pretty good though there are still hotspots. As for the rangetop I'm using propane and love the simmer feature on this range, I have yet to have something burn on simmer and I've had marinara sauce simmer for hours with no issue and very little supervision. I also do alot of asian cooking and love the fact that I can flip the grate to accommodate my wok. The only issue I have is that the 18k btu burners are both in the back and those are the burners I use most often, I wish there were one on the front. Would I recommend this range? Absolutely.

The heavy duty enameled racks are wonderful and easy to change positions. glide super easy to eliminate reaching over a hot oven door. highly recommend this product

And the quest to find an outstanding range, just the right size (36™), that wouldn™™t let me down when I needed to simmer rice, a great stew or a bechamel became critically important. Unimpressive

Overpriced 3/25/2023

The oven is very attractive but leaves my wife and I disappointed with its performance. We were sold on the looks and the expectations that comes with buying a top-of-the-line appliance. The gas burners look and work great. I am very pleased with the heat they generate. The electronics work well and connect up with our wifi network easily and well enough, although for the money it should be Alexa capable - it is not. But I have a big issue with the oven: we are not certain of the calibration of the heat setting per oven mode. The first time we used the bake mode, we preheated to 425 to bake a box pizza. After 15 minutes of the recommended 20 the pizza's cheese was close to burning. We took it out, cut it, and found the dough to be slightly undercooked. The oven seemed to cook much hotter than set point. We then made banana bread per my wife's recipe and the center of the bread was undercooked. I thought that an oven costing over $10K would certainly be accurate, if not certified to the NIST, so I asked my salesman for help. He said that, per his G.E. rep, (and I paraphrase) all ovens do not work the same and require the user to get used to their quirks. - besides, not all people cook their food the same. [OK! Never mind the recipes! You thought you paid for perfection?] So, I bought two inside oven thermometers to help me calibrate - two out of three in agreement should be relatively close to acceptable standards even if not to NIST standards. I found that the oven said it was preheated to 400 a full 15 minutes before the internal gauges read 400. This certainly would account for an under-done pizza. Subsequent measurements continue to verify this discrepancy. Then I tried the convection-bake mode. In that mode with oven set at 375, my additional gauges read only 350 max. Like I said, an oven of this price should be certified to NIST standards. Units costing $7000 less do as well. Why spend that kind of money if you don't get the best technology can offer?

Although I have yet to use all the settings on this stove in my 4 months of ownership, I am enjoying how powerful the burners are for cooking. I like the lighted rings around the burner controls to tell you when the burner is on. My one negative comment is that the stainless steel shelf in the front of the stove burners seems to scratch easily.

High End Dual Fuel Range

My wife and I were thrust into a search to replace our 20 year old dual fuel range. We looked at all of the high end 36" ranges and decided to purchase the Monogram six gas burner electric oven range. The features are what sold us. My wife likes the control that she has on the burners and the fully extendable oven racks that have an easy handle to pull them out. I like the wifi app on my I Phone where I can monitor oven temps and change colors on the accent lights.

I didn't realized how bad my old appliances were until I started using my new 36 in Dual Fuel Monogram! I love the oven, I love that I can turn it on even if I'm running errands or at the other side of the house. The air fryer is amazing and during the holidays my cookies looked all the same! no more uneven baking! The probe is a game changer, turkey has never been so juicy. I'm having a little bit of trouble keeping the burners clean, even little splashes that burned are hard to remove. I just clean them after I cook every night to keep it looking like new.
